The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the heating can be adjusted, and the breakfast was OK. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the metro station, a 10-minute ride to the 5th Avenue. There is a store open until 11 p.m. in the neighborhood. We got the rooms on the 7th floor with a view of Manhattan. Excellent accommodation for that price.

The location was great considering subway being just block away, just 1/2 stop to Manhattan, breakfast was really great comparing to others hotel we stayed in USA, variety of products was terrific! Rooms cleaned. We requested the highest floor and when we arrived they put us on highest floor with a view of Manhattan which was very nice, thank you

Great location in an up and coming location that is rapidly gentrifying from an area that used to be a bit industrial. Felt very safe.Two blocks from the 7 N W lines and very near to the E M R lines too. It's as easy, if not easier to get to most parts of Manhattan than if you were staying in Manhattan. Popular with European families mostly, it's clean with a reasonable breakfast. Great Deli, Chinese restaurant and a Mexican restaurant within,5 minutes walk. Upmarket supermarket a few minutes further on. Walgreens, pizza place and a Dunkin' donuts about 7 minutes away too.. Rooms are reasonably well equipped and spotless.

The Hotel met our expectations as a family of four. Convenient location (close to 2 subway stations and 4 stops to Grand Central Station), comfortable beds, spotless rooms containing a fridge, tea/coffee facilities and microwave in the room and a good breakfast including fruit, cereal, yoghurts, eggs, sausages, waffles, croissants, tea and coffee, so something to suit everyone to fuel us up for the day. They have an excellent and competitivesly priced shuttle service to and from the airport and they store bags for free on you last day.

LIC Plaza Hotel is a short walk from Queensboro Plaza metro station (N, W, and 7 lines) and a short distance from Queensbridge metro station (F line). The location is excellent for getting to Manhattan, LaGuardia, and JFK airports. The staff is courteous and helpful, and housekeeping is manic and daily. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful! The entire facility is smoke-free. The stay was simply great!

We stayed 8 days in Long Island City and had a fantastic time! The room was spacious for New York standards, very clean, with daily linen change. Excellent location: just a few steps from the subway, with fast connections to Manhattan (a few minutes away from Fifth Avenue, in a central area). Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating our request for a room on a specific floor and organizing a convenient transfer to and from JFK Airport. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Breakfast was very abundant, lots of choices. The location was very good, near a subway station. We chose the room with the view of Queens borough bridge. The room is very nice, comfortable bed, with microwave, coffe maker, safe, iron. The bathroom is perfect: with bath tub, shower, hot water.

The hotel is in a convenient location, 2-3 underground stops from Times Square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The best part is the breakfast, with ham and cheese, variety of bread and cakes. It’s a pleasure have breakfast in a city with hotels usually do not offer it. Also the hotel has shuttle to the airports and the fare it’s pretty convenient. Definitely worth the money, I will recommend to a friend.

The room was very clean. Everything in the bathroom was OK. On request, it was no problem to get another towel. Beds were quite hard. But it was still OK. Few storage options. The microwave was located where the suitcase would fit. We hat the suitcases on the floor. Not so nice but finde for a few days. Temperature in the room was adjustable. Great breakfast for the USA. Everything was always replenished. Top coffee! Good location. Within 3-4 minutes you were at the subway and quickly in Manhattan.
